Outpatient Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Selma, CA

 

Adventist Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing specialty care team in Selma, California. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care while working alongside experienced physicians and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients manage chronic endocrine conditions and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

About the Role

The Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with endocrine disorders. Working closely with endocrinologists and care teams, the NP will play a key role in disease prevention, patient education, and long-term management of chronic conditions.

Common conditions treated may include diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, metabolic conditions, and other endocrine-related diseases.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: $132,384 – $198,577 annually

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current California Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP preferred)
  • DEA certification and furnishing license required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Endocrinology experience preferred
  • Experience managing diabetes and other chronic endocrine conditions
  • Background in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or endocrinology
  • Experience with insulin management, diabetic technologies, and endocrine treatment plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • Exceptional patient communication and relationship-building skills
