Full-Time Employed Family Medicine Physician within Private Group Practice

Adventist Health Castle (AHCS), in beautiful beach town Kailua on the main island, Oahu, is actively assisting an established, thriving Private Group Practice, recruit a Family Medicine, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician to join their Provider Team. If you are enthusiastic about full spectrum outpatient care from infants to seniors, and dedicated to serving the Windward community and greater Oahu island, this could be the right long-term fit for you. Physicians utilize scribes, which help to offload documentation, and promote a positive work/life balance. You will be joining a team of (2) Family Medicine Physicians, (1) Nurse Practitioner, and (1) Physician Assistant that offers high quality, comprehensive care including disease prevention, screening, management, telehealth, and outpatient gynecology services. Target start date is August 2023 or mutually agreed upon date.

The ideal physician will have the desire to be part of a team that is passionate and focuses on patient care first, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and embraces change and process improvement. Effective communication skills with patients, staff and colleagues is required.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible, Hawaii Medical licensed, and meet hospital medical staff credentialing standards.
